1. Price & Payment
1.1 Payment of the Price shall be made by the Customer:
~ 1a. by cash, or by cheque, or by bank cheque, or by credit card, or by direct credit, or by any other method agreed prior by the Seller.
~ 1b. Full payment of the works must be paid on completion of the job unless a payment instalment option has been advised.
~ 1c. fault finding diagnostic fees will be required to be paid over the phone at the time a technician calls to begin travel to the site of the buyer.
~ 1d. where progress payments or instalments are agreed in the Order at the time each progress payment or instalment is due.
The Customer acknowledges that the Seller may cease works, stop the works or refuse to release the Goods where the Customer has not paid the Price, instalment or progress payment on the due date. Payment by the Customer will only be recognised by the Seller when the payment is received in clear funds into the Seller’s bank account or when cheques provided for payment have cleared.
2. Same Day Service or its Free Offer
2.1 Same day service or its free offer:
~ 2a. If sutton security & electrics are unable to attend on the same day for emergency faults the service fee of $50 is free however all other charges including the fault finding diagnostic still applies.
3. On time or we pay you $100 offer
3.1 On time or we pay you $100 offer applies to work completed onsite only and is not paid directly to the customer
4. Special offers and discounts
4.1 Percentage discounts or money off offers only applies to services purchased by the seller and not valid against service fees or diagnostic fees
4.2 Only one discount or offer may apply when purchasing goods/ services from the seller.
5. Life time workmanship warranty
5.1 Only applies to the labour of the job provided by the seller and does not apply to the products supplied by the seller.
5.2 Standard product/ part warranty apply.
