While installing new security in my home Michael noticed my smoke detectors were discoloured and checked them out and how would we ever have known that they expired 10 years ago! Good quality of workmanship, I have used these guys for 20 yrs, disappointed with pricing of job, assumed quote was ok. Quote did not include parts and labour costs. When I questioned on invoice, I was told this is how jobs are now classed due to new fixed pricing. If it takes 10 minutes for job you will be charged for 1 hr plus plus parts, bad luck you have to wear cost. Feeling ripped off by $200.
