“Moved into our new home and had a problem with Internet and land line phone that was all connected via a Splitter Box. I could either have the Phone or Internet connected but not both together. Telstra only partially fixed the problem and I was getting very frustrated with not being able to have both working at the same time. Ken and Ryan came out and diagnosed and then fixed the problem. As a bonus of a ‘proper fix’ this increased my Internet speed by a whopping 500% and my phone and Internet now work at the same time. Wow, totally delighted.Great service. Fast and reliable.
